Gonzaga Gets New Telephone Prefix

SPOKANE, Wash. - Due to Gonzaga University's rapid growth the past decade, the university has begun using a new telephone prefix - 313 - for on-campus phone numbers. All campus phone and fax numbers, except for the main switchboard number and toll-free lines, are now accessible through the new 313 prefix. The main switchboard number will remain (509) 328-4220. The new 313 prefix replaces the former 323, 324 and 329 prefixes previously used by the university. The 509 area code remains the same.
